Shipping policy

At Bonita Haus Jewelry, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.

• All orders are held for 24 hours after purchase in case you need to update your address or make changes to your order.
• After 24 hours, your order will be processed and shipped.
• Please note that USPS is generally closed on weekends and major holidays, which may affect processing and delivery times.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• After your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is in the carrier’s hands.

Fraud & Chargebacks

• We take photos and videos of orders during the packing and shipping process.
• Shopify and our shipping partners provide tracking updates and delivery confirmation when available.
• If a package is marked as delivered, we reserve the right to dispute any chargeback using order records, tracking information, packing photos, and shipping videos.
• If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help resolve it.
